Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I don’t know about you, but I know that I have been spending a little more money ever since I set up Alleyjandra’s Instagram account. Instagram does an incredible job of advertising the latest and greatest trends, crazes, restaurants, and must-tries!!! I often see something on there and the next thing I know I am hopping into my car and getting that new iced coffee flavor that is only available for a “limited time.” That was back when I was drinking a lot of coffee of course 😉
I love when insta has a positive effect on me and inspires me to workout or become a better version of myself.
In this case I was intrigued when one of my insta friends posted a story about the Cake Maker Band.

I mean who doesn’t want a better butt?!?! I know I do!!! And I am always looking for fun and creative ways to mix up my workouts.

The Cake Maker was created by Bec who created her own fitness website: Sweat With Bec
I love the fact that this band is affordable and costs less than $10. Do you all remember when I could barely walk after strained my hamstring this past spring? Most of my physical therapist prescribed exercises are a part of this workout!
How to Make the Perfect Cake:
Ingredients:
- 15 Side Steps
- 15 Pop Squats
- 15 Kick Backs
- 15 Single Leg Dead Lifts
- 15 Hip Bridges
Method:
Combine ingredients. Repeat 3 x for the perfect cupcakes or increase the reps for something a little more filling.

Once I learned the exercises I turned on 3 of my all-time favorites and it timed out perfectly with each set. You can do a set per song!
