I have one assignment that I need to complete and submit before 9 am tomorrow and then we will be on Thanksgiving break until the Monday after Thanksgiving! I am so thankful for this time off and want to spend the week becoming a “morning person.” I have been staying up late most nights working on homework and I feel like I will be even more productive if I get an early start.
Workout of the Day: LEG DAY!!!
- Kettle-bell Squat 3 x 20
- Dumbbell Sumo Squat 3 x 20
- Walking Lunges 3 x 20
- Dumbbell Deadlifts 3 x 20
- Dumbbell Leg Curls 3 x 20
- Stiff Legged Deadlifts 3 x 8
- Kickbacks 3 x 40

After my leg workout I also did a “cake maker” workout with my new cake maker band, but I am going to write a separate post about that so stay tuned!
I think that once I complete this assignment for tomorrow I am going to write a to-do-list for Thanksgiving break. I know that it is easy for time to escape and before I know it it will be the Sunday night before school starts again.
Additionally, I have some fun things planned with my sister and I want to be able to fit everything in so I better plan ahead.
