Do you ever feel so overwhelmed and unsure about what kind of workout you should do that you just say, “f it, I’ll just start tomorrow.” Or, “I’m totally starting on Monday!”
That’s been me for the past few weeks and in my case it is because there are so many possibilities even without a gym. I just want to do everything and then I get tired just thinking about it ;).
One day I want to follow a strength training plan then the next day it is a yoga challenge. Oh and that half marathon that I want to train for… Better get on that soon!
Today I felt overwhelmed and I decided to just start with the kind of movement that brings me joy. Dance. I have decided that for now I am going to focus on Ballet, Pilates, and Yoga. Then if I want to add more, I can.

This Mini Ballet Workout was a nice warm-up and stretch:
I absolutely ❤ “Lazy Dancer Tips” she is always so upbeat and sweet and provide wonderful classes. This one was a workout!
