Today I actually looked forward to working out which was a nice contrast from my usual dread. I think that starting with movement and dance gives me something to look forward to. I even danced in my leotard, tights, and ballet slippers and the best part is that I can practice right here at home.
Workout of the Day: Ballet + Barre + Centre Work + Pilates
The ballet videos on this channel are a little short, but they work well as a warm-up:
I really enjoyed this Ballet Barre for Abs workout. Grab a chair you are going to like this one:
Centre classes are nice because it feels like you are actually dancing and there are a lot of little exercises that improve balance.
Pilates: This was challenging for me because I need to improve my core strength.

My December goal is to be more patient
Patience is a beautiful goal and I would like to join you in practicing patience this month and beyond. I think a lot of my stress comes from being impatient. I hope December will be a wonderful month for you!

I hope so too. Thank you 😊😘
Thank you for your post Alana! I love barre so much that I decided to get certified to teach it. Teaching barre has made it possible for me to stay active and fit. (It’s such a great side job) I got certified by American Barre Technique, it’s all online so it was convenient for me to finish in my spare time. Here’s their website: http://www.americanbarretechnique.com
Much Love!
Hello! Thank you for stopping by! I really love barre also and will definitely visit the link you sent me 🙂 It is wonderful that you are a teacher!
