I am really enjoying these ballet workouts because they work on lengthening, strengthening, and grace. I feel like I am actively working towards goals like better posture and fluidity with every plie and tendu.

I was shaking 5 minutes into this class. I could definitely feel my muscles working and you will too so grab a bar, a chair, or a wall and get to work:
Quick-Burn Inner Thigh: This workout was short and quick, but it felt like it would Never end!
I really enjoyed this workout because Cassey is always so positive and upbeat! She also talked about 5 ways to stop being a lazy piece of $hit… Just kidding, just lazy ❤
