Today I decided that it is time for me to add some strength training back into my workouts. I spent a week focusing on ballet and pilates which was wonderful, but I know that I need to start building muscle.
Workout of the Day: 30 minute strength training + Abs!!!
This was a great total body workout with weights. It also includes a good warm-up and cool-down:
Fat Burning Cardio: I really don’t enjoy burpees, but I know that they work. Hopefully soon I will be strong enough to feel less tortured 😉
