Fall quarter has finally come to a close and I couldn’t be happier. It was a struggle especially since I got so sick and it wasn’t pretty, but now it is done. I have a hard time letting go when I think that I could have done better, but I need to make sure that I let this go so that it doesn’t keep me from moving forward.
One of the most effective ways to move forward is to physically get moving! I was feeling very down and unmotivated, but I decided to make lemon chicken for my boyfriend and I and once I stuck the dish in the oven I felt so much better!
Workout of the Day: Pilates & Ballet
Center Work Ballet: This was fun and challenging at the same time. I really appreciated the way that she broke down the steps for turns. Both Pirouettes and Pique Turns. Those have always been challenging for me, but this was super helpful and I love the fact that I can practice it in my own bedroom!
Exercises for Strong Arms and Core: This was challenging, but it felt so good to practice planks and push-ups!
Pilates: Core Exercises for Weightloss -this workout kicked my butt!!! I could tell that it definitely works!
Word of the Day:

- long, full sideburns or muttonchops.
