Last week my workouts were centered around dance and this week my workouts are centered around mindfulness. My boyfriend and I went on lots of walks last night and spent hours in our living room talking and hula hooping :).
Workout of the Day: Arms, Abs, & Yoga
How to get toned arms with Rebecca Louise: This workout was short, but it was challenging. I even had to completely drop my weight on some of the exercises, but that’s how you know it is working!
Day 6 of 30 Days of Yoga with Adriene. This ab yoga practice was challenging and great at the same time!

I am officially done with fall quarter and am thrilled that I have this time to prepare for winter quarter. I am focusing on getting healthy and getting my mind and heart right.
