Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I am thrilled that I have found a morning routine that gives me something to look forward to! Now I need to work on my nights. Because without a sleeping aid, I just have not been getting any sleep. I want to fix my sleep schedule before winter quarter starts in January so I am going have to figure out what’s up with me at night.
Last night I made sure that I didn’t take a sleep aid and I was super restless throughout the night. Do any of you have any tips or tricks to a better night sleep? Please comment below if you do! Or if you have written a post about it; please share a link in the comments and I will head on over!

Today was Day 7/30 Days Of Yoga With Adriene! I think this is the most consistent I have ever been with my yoga practice. I want to keep going and see where it takes me.
