Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I had a fun weekend, but today I felt a little worn-out and out of balance. Whenever I feel this way, I try to move my body and get a little workout in because I know that I will feel way better afterwards.
Workout of the Day: Yoga + Booty Work!
Day 11/30 Days of Yoga With Adriene: Shakti Yoga
Yoga for Weightloss: I felt like I needed a little more yoga and iron out some of my kinks so I decided to do this one too and I am so glad that I did!
Booty Focus: I had a little more energy after practicing yoga and decided to do the workouts suggested in the Blogilates Calendar!
Build a Booty Workout: I know that I would have struggled with this one even just a few weeks ago. It felt good to have a little more stamina 🙂

Thanks for joining me for another workout and word of the day! I am thrilled that I have been able to stick with a regular yoga practice for 11 days. That is the most consistent that I have ever been and I plan on continuing!
