Workout of the Day: 42 Minute Run + 40 Minute Swiss Ball and Dumbbell workout + lots of Yoga
13/30 Days of Yoga with Adriene: I highly recommend this series especially if you are new to yoga and are not sure where to start!
40-Minute Full Body Workout with Dumbbells and a Swiss Ball: This was such a great workout. We learned the circuit then went through it 2 more times for a total of 3 circuits. After that I didn’t feel a need to do any additional workouts other than yoga.
Yoga Rinse: This is a great way to hit that reset button with lots of cleansing gentle twists ❤

I just got some shocking news a few moments ago. I found out that the 16 credit program I registered for in the upcoming winter quarter got cancelled. I am honestly bummed because the faculty seemed excellent and I was looking forward to the course work. I automatically got registered for a program that covers: pre-calculus,physics, and psychology. I am a little concerned that I am not ready because I do not feel super confident with math and numbers.
This was a program I was considering and I got the textbooks online and started reading and I noticed that it is possible, but it is going to take a ton of studying and dedication and probably some tutoring on my part.
I think it might be just what I need. I need to grow stronger and prove to myself that I am capable of taking on challenges and accomplishing my goals.
