Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I decided to go for a run outside for the first time in forever! It was 30 minutes so a little short, but I am glad that I went. I needed the fresh air and the chance to get out and clear my mind.
When I got home I went right into some good core work!!! Let’s Do This!!!
