Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I haven’t been hitting the workouts very hard lately because I have been trying to get my mind right. Today was Day 21 out of 30 Days of Yoga!!! I have also been meditating everyday.
This past fall quarter, I finally fully accepted the fact that I am terrible at dealing with stress. In fact it literally makes me sick so I decided to start embracing common strategies to help me reverse the harmful effects of stress.
It feels almost unreal to me that I have consistently practiced yoga everyday for 21 days in a row! I don’t think I have ever stuck with anything that consistently. Meditation has been up and down for me, but I am enjoying the journey.
Oh, and I have also started running again! We got a treadmill in our garage and that has taken the “I’m so cold” excuse out of the mix!
Workout of the Day: 45 Minute Run + Yoga + Arm Workout!!!
Joyful home practice yoga: I worked up a sweat with this flow, but it felt good!

I am going to have to become very well-versed and comfortable with mathematical terminology because I am taking pre-calculus and physics this next quarter! Wish me luck!!!
