Workout of the Day: 50 min. run + Hourglass Workout + Total Body Tone It Up!!!
Hourglass Shape Workout with Jessica Smith: This wonderful workout kicked my butt! I was also so happy to feel stronger in plank. I think my yoga practice is finally paying off!!!
After the workout I ran for 55 minutes on the treadmill and felt stronger than I have in a long time!
Total Body Tone It Up Workout: I am doing the 5 Day TIU Detox workouts!
- Single- Leg Deadlift + Fly (15 each leg)
- 15 Braced Squats
- 15 Jumping Jacks
- 15 V-sits + Curl
- Plank Drag (15 each side)
*Complete this circuit 3 times!!! For an added cardio bonus do “high knees for 30 sec.” between each exercise
Word of the Day:
- Accent, emphasize; also: intensify.
