Welcome to my 2nd workout of the year!!! This morning I wasn’t really feeling my morning routine… I noticed during meditation that I was holding my breath a lot and I cut my session down to 15 minutes. I am still playing around and deciding whether I prefer to do yoga first or meditation. Do you practice yoga or meditation? Comment below!
I completed my 29th day of 30 Days of Yoga with Adriene!!! I really recommend this 30 Days of yoga series for people of all levels. Beginner to seasoned yogi. Adriene has inspired and held my hand every step of the way!!!
Today’s Workout is: A Hiit/Cardio Sandwich!!!
Hiit it hard cardio with Jessica Smith: I love Jessica’s workouts! They are challenging and fun. I have been avoiding burpees like the plague lately and felt so empowered when she snuck them in at the end!
After hiit cardio I felt warmed up and ready for some strength training!!!
Here is Day-2 of the Tone It Up Detox: ARMS + ABS
- 15 Jump Tucks
- 15 Arnold Presses
- 15 Overhead Tricep Extensions
- 15 Plank Rows
- Rock the Boat 15 each side!
*Complete this circuit 3 times!!!

That’s a word I have never heard of before, but it makes sense because it almost looks like “sacred.”
