Hourglass Workout: This has become a new staple for me because it works the entire body with compound movements!
Tone It Up Booty + Legs Workout:
- 15 Deep Squats
- Switch Jumps 15 Each Side
- 15 Deadlifts
- Donkey Kicks 15 Each Side
- 15 Bridge Dips
Word of the Day:
- The ancient method of writing in which the lines run alternately from right to left and left to right.
