I completed this workout yesterday and didn’t snag the link on the site in time, but here are the exercises we did!
- Lunge + Bicep Curl 15 times
- 15 Kettlebell Swings
- 15 Walking Planks
- 15 Bicycles both sides
- 15 Toe Touches
