Workout and Word of the Day #8

Hello My Dear Darling Friends!

It feels so good to be back on track.  I have also started eating clean this week and I can feel a big difference in my energy levels!

Workout of the Day: Buti Yoga + Total Body + Arms!!!

I started my day with Buti Yoga Tone #78 it has been a fun way to get my cardio and yoga workout done at the same time!

Full Body Fat Burning Workout at Home: 

Tone It Up Arms Workout! 

  • 21 Lateral Raises
  • 21 Curl to Press
  • 21 Hammer Curls
  • 21 V-Raises
  • 21 Overhead Tricep Extensions
  • 21 Arnold Presses

*Complete this circuit twice!!!


Word of the Day:

demiurge- noun

  1. One that is an autonomous creative force or decisive power.

Thanks for joining me for another workout and word of the day!  The beginning of the week was hectic and a little stressful, but halfway through I decided to cut out flour and sugar and replace them with fruits and veggies and my energy is soaring!

  1. Whew that looks like a good workout. I’ll have to try it. I know it feels good to get back on track. I went back to strict clean eating the past two weeks and feel so much better.

    1. Great job on cleaning up your nutrition! It is challenging especially in the beginning and especially after the holiday season, but SO worth-it! It was definitely a great workout and such a nice time-saver!
