It feels so good to be back on track. I have also started eating clean this week and I can feel a big difference in my energy levels!

- 21 Arnold Presses

Thanks for joining me for another workout and word of the day! The beginning of the week was hectic and a little stressful, but halfway through I decided to cut out flour and sugar and replace them with fruits and veggies and my energy is soaring!
