The day escaped me, but I made it a point to do a little workout before bed. I made sure that my workouts were low impact since my workout room is on the 2nd floor of our house.
Workout of the Day: Buti Yoga + No Jumping Workout + Lean Hips and Outer Thigh workout
I started my day with Buti Yoga Tone #79!
No Jumping Workout: This workout was 20 minutes long and challenged me. I am glad I made the time to move my body! I really like Rachel Aust’s style. She is calm and laid back, but really kicks my butt!
Ballet Beautiful: Lean Hips and Thighs… This made my thighs and booty burn like no other!!!
