Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
It has been exactly 1 week since I started my Brightline Eating nutrition plan and so far I am loving it! Basically I have cut out all forms of sugar including stevia (not including fruit), I have also given up flour of all kinds, I plan out my menu the night before and commit to eating only that, and I stick with very specific portions for each meal. This plan has been liberating and I have found a sense of freedom because I never have to stress or worry about “what’s for dinner.” Additionally I have given up alcohol and weed, but have kept an occasional black coffee and tea. Maybe in the future I will give up caffeine.
Today is my official Day 2! I am going to continue to workout, but you may notice that my workouts are not as long as they used to be. With this plan they recommend giving up exercise completely to focus on nutrition. I have decided to continue exercising. I have also committed to practicing yoga every damn day and I absolutely ❤ it!
Workout of the Day: Buti Yoga + Upper Body Workout + Fat Burning Cardio
I started my day with Buti Yoga Tone #80.
Upper Body Workout with Fat Burning Cardio Intervals:
I have noticed that I feel a little weaker during my workouts, but I know it is because I am operating at a calorie deficit. Timing has been very crucial. I have to time my meals and workouts accordingly so that I have energy and time to recover.
