Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
Today we are doing a 30 minute workout and it is INTENSE!!! Remember to listen to your body and modify as necessary. I had to modify a few of the moves to catch my breath, but I made it through the entire workout and it was empowering! You can do it too!
Workout of the Day: Buti Yoga + Intense Full Body Workout!

- To suffer for lack of something necessary.
This morning I woke up feeling a little discouraged (only a little) because my number on the scale didn’t go down. I could feel myself worrying that maybe I have reached a plateau. I realized that fear of the unknown can feel so real, but it really is not. I am choosing to have faith that I am on the right track. Just because my number on the scale is not rapidly going down; doesn’t mean that I should feel discouraged or quit. I am going to stay true to the course and keep moving forward.
