Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I have made it through the first 3 days of my meal plan! I usually fall off after the first few days so this is a win for me. I have also managed to continue working out consistently.
Today’s Workout is: Buti Yoga + Waist Workout + Fat Burning Functional Workout
I started my Day with Buti Yoga Tone #82. It was 42 minutes long and felt like a yoga flow workout.

5 Minute Post Workout Stretch and Recovery: This was a nice cool down and total body stretch. I need to do a better job of stretching after a hard workout and I figured this was a good place to start!
