Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
It feels like it’s been forever since we have done a workout together. I decided to take a little break from my typical workouts because I was getting overwhelmed by everything that I wanted to do. So for the last week I have been focusing on practicing Buti Yoga.
I am going to continue focusing on yoga, but I think it is time for me to add in some resistance training. I always feel a little extra motivation at the beginning of the month because I love streaking!!! *Head outta the gutter now please 😉 * And by that I mean that I love seeing how many days in a row I can stick to something.
For example, today is my 620th day in a row of logging into myfitnesspal.com. I honestly cannot believe that I have stuck with something for this long and I am looking forward to seeing how far I can go!
