Happy Friday My Dear Darling Friends!
Today was a good day! I started my day with Buti Yoga DEEP for the 1st time and loved it. Later in the day a friend and I headed downtown to dance it out at my friend Rebecca’s Remix class and we had a BLAST! There’s nothing better than a killer workout that doesn’t even feel like work!!!
