I hope you are having a good week. I have been feeling a little out of sorts, but that’s okay. My focus has been on healing my lower back so you will notice that today’s workout is very gentle.

I can’t stand having that nagging back pain, but it is so nice to know that we can take preventative measures. And some days it is okay to take it easy.
