Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I am struggling with motivation this week so I decided to do a ballet barre workout. I love dance workouts for those days that I feel a little less energetic and motivated. Dancing has a way of reminding me why I want to grow stronger and more flexible. It keeps me motivated to practice and I am able to get a workout that hardly feels like work.
Workout of the Day: Ballet Barre Workout for Balance and Core
This workout got more and more complex. There were a few times that I was going to give up, but I told myself that it does not have to be perfect. If I keep going and keep practicing it will get better and better each time. And by the end I was so glad that I decided to stick with it.
Also, I am thinking of taking core ballet this next quarter so every bit of practice will help me! Am I really ready to start wearing the leotard and pink tights? I don’t know, but I think it would be good for me to practice ballet again.
