Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I have been gone for a long time and now I am back! We have reached the halfway point of the year and I am going to make the most of the time that is left. This month I finally decided to try intermittent fasting. I fast for 16 hours and then eat within an 8 hour window. I have noticed that my cravings have nearly gone away and it is not as challenging as I thought it would be!
July is the month before I turn 30 and I decided that it is time for me to get proactive about living a healthy lifestyle. I also wanted to do this on a budget. Thank goodness for blogilates and youtube workouts!
Workout of the Day: Back and Arms!!!
Snowbunny Blast: This was a great warm-up and a good way to get some cardio in!
Arms Focus: I could feel the burn with this one!
Toned and Defined Arms: I love this workout because you don’t even need weights.
Back Attack: This is a fun back workout that does not require weights!
6 Minutes to Sexy Arms: This felt like the longest 6 minutes of my life because my arms were burning like crazy, but it sure was empowering to get through it!
Word of the Day:
- Also called noradrenaline. In physiology, a neurotransmitter, released by adrenergic nerve terminals in the autonomic and possibly the nervous system, that has such affects as constricting blood vessels, raising blood pressure, and dilating bronchi.
