I love that feeling of looking forward to my workouts rather than dreading them. It gets better with time, I promise! Most of the time, I don’t feel like working out, but then I remind myself that investing in my health is the gift that will give back. Once I get moving I gain momentum and then I feel so good when it is done! You can do it too!!!

Did you notice that this word is made up of a$$ ever ate?!?! I thought that was funny. I do like the meaning though. That workout sure kicked my a$$, but we got through it like I knew we would.
