Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I hope you are having a wonderful 1st week of July! I am happy to say that I have stuck with intermittent fasting, Buti yoga in the morning, and Pilates each night and I feel great!
Yesterday evening I did feel a little unmotivated and did not want to work out, but my cat Alleyjandra talked (meowed) me into it and we met on the mat and got it done!

Thanks for joining me for another workout and word of the day! There will be days when you do not feel like working out at all. On those days, find a way to turn your workout into play. Meet a friend for a walk or go roller skating. Better yet, dance the night away even if it is just in your bedroom. Do whatever it takes to move your body a little everyday.
