Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I hope you are having a wonderful week! My week is going well. I absolutely love my new job and the people that I work with. I work with a group of positive and ambitious young women. It has been fun to have some girl talk and share adventures. I also love the fact that these ladies are working hard on their fitness goals too. One lady is a powerlifter who also started practicing hot yoga. The other lady practices yoga, runs with her dogs, and hits the gym nearly everyday after work. I do have to say that it is inspiring to be surrounded by people who are upbeat and goal-oriented.
I am thinking about starting my days earlier in the near future. Right now I usually work until 7 pm and then workout at home right after work, but it might be nice to start working out before work. For the past 10 days I have been starting my day with Buti Yoga and meditation and that is working well for me so I want to continue with that habit.

Thanks for joining me for today’s workout and word of the day! I really enjoyed Cassey’s talk on how to make new friends. This was especially helpful for me since I recently moved out of my hometown. I think one of the most helpful things for me to do was to get a job. If you do get a job in a new place, make sure you find work in a field that interests you. I know that this is not always realistic, but do your best to find something that you are at least curious about in one way or another.
