My consistency game is back on track and it feels so good. My new morning routine seems to be working well, but my meditation app is not so I am going back to doing my own meditation. This week I am going to start going to bed earlier so that I can get an even earlier start. This month’s area of focus is joy and I am starting to see that having good routine can contribute to joy.
Be Confident. I can tell that my confidence is growing more and more every week. I think that consistently practicing buti yoga and working on myself has helped tremendously.
Take time for self-care. I work at a cryospa and a beautiful perk is that we get a free treatment everyday that we work. Each week I get treated to total body cryotherapy,facials, and compression therapy. I have also found joy in taking care of myself and making my health a priority.
Nurture your relationships. I feel blessed to be in an amazing relationship. Taking better care of myself has helped me become more introspective. And I finally figured out that when I feel upset, I get super stubborn and defensive. I have decided to turn over a new leaf and use more direct communication.
Seek inspiration. Being in a new place around people I have never met before has been so inspiring. I am making it a point to be more present rather than lamenting the past and worrying aboutthe future.
De-clutter. Did I mention that I have become a full-blown minimalist? I feel like I have reached a new level of freedom by owning less items.
Bring out the BEST in others. Now that I am taking better care of myself it is a lot easier to bring out the best in others!
I truly feel like I have become a new woman in the past month. Big, BOLD changes have a way of rejuvenating us.
