Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I have honestly been feeling a little off for the past few days and have been struggling with motivation. I had a good solid 2 weeks of consistent workout and fasting, but now that it is week 3; I think the mental barriers are starting to kick in. Like the disappointment of feeling like I am not getting results fast enough even though I am working my butt off.
I am not going to give up. Let’s just keep going. Today I feel pretty tired and drained. I started my day with a shorter buti yoga hotcore workout and I am glad I got it in. I am working a short shift later today and I was just about to take a nap to charge my batteries, but I am going to do a workout first and see if it helps to boost my energy and state of mind. Here goes!

Thanks for joining me for another workout and word of the day! When you feel like giving up… Just do something! I know that it can be disappointing when we lose motivation or deviate from a plan, but doing something imperfectly is far better than doing nothing at all!
