Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I have been struggling with motivation this week, but I am still managing to do my daily pilates workouts and that feels great! Know that it is normal to not always feel motivated. When you feel unmotivated take sometime to revisit your goals and remind yourself why you want to workout and stay healthy. Remember that your health is the ultimate investment and YOU ARE WORTH-IT!!!

That’s better! I am so glad that I took the time to workout today! I have noticed that when I struggle with motivation I start to doubt myself and worry that what I am doing is not working. And then I end up quitting… This time is different!
I WON’T QUIT UNTIL I’M FIT!!!
And even then I can’t stop won’t stop! I don’t feel like practicing yoga right now. It would just be easier to relax and be lazy, but I am going to do it because I know that it makes me feel more confident and strong!
