Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
Happy Friday! Last Friday I fell into a bit of a slump that I was finally able to get out of by this Wednesday. I think it was just due to the changing weather and life changes in general. I am still trying to figure out a good workout schedule that also works well with my lifestyle and work schedule.
The biggest question I have right now is: “Should I join a local gym?”
If I were to join a gym, I know that I want it to be open 24 hours. I have never had 24 hour access to a gym and it would be nice to have the option to go there at any hour. Additionally, there are so many things I want to try workout wise and this has been my struggle for years. But more on this later…
My current workout plan has been based on at-home workouts and I like them to be free and accessible to everyone so that I can share them with you.

I have never heard this usage of the word “paste” before. I guess you learn something new everyday! What are your thoughts on the whole gym membership thing? Do you think it is worth the investment? Please comment below to share. I need help deciding!
