Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
Yesterday felt like a true day off and it was so nice. I went to the mall and walked around looking for more shirts to wear to work. I found 2 good shirts and also decided to switch to solid shampoo and conditioner. I did not pressure myself to start my day with yoga, but when I got home from shopping I felt inspired to practice!

Thank you for joining me for another workout and word of the Day! I do have to say that I am experiencing some challenges on this weightloss journey. Yesterday I did not indulge in sweets at all, but I got a headache which was probably due to sugar withdrawals. I also got us some protein crackers to eat with our dinner and once I opened them I just could not put them down so there is something to be said, but eating meals rather than snacks. It really is hard to exercise willpower when you are munching and crunching!
I feel great about the fact that I cut out sugar and I even turned down an alcoholic beverage at the end of the night and chose caffeine free lemon tea instead.
Quitting my sugar addiction is hard, but I gotta do it! My quality of life depends on it! What are your tips and tricks to giving up sugar? Please comment below to share!
