I am thrilled because I am starting to feel stronger than I have in a very long time. There were some exercises that I could not even do not so long ago and now I CAN! I am so glad that I did not quit or give up.

It honestly feels like Monday came too soon. I am also not exactly looking forward to going in to work today because the main manager has been sick for over a week now and the other 2 ladies I work with have talked about also feeling sick. I really want to stay well.
Yesterday I ate a bunch of yummies. Mac -n- cheese for lunch and pizza for dinner 2 nights in a row! It was all delicious, but I was going to fast today, but now that I think about it; I better eat some nutritious food since I am going into work in a few hours.
After I write this post, I will clean the kitchen then maybe do a workout before lunch. What are your plans for today? Please comment below to share!
