Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
My mornings have been pretty good, but I have noticed that by the time I get home I am not sure what to do with myself. When I first started working out again at the beginning of July I would practice yoga first thing in the morning then do my pilates workout after work.
My man and I pretty much have opposite schedules so I decided to start doing my workout before work so that I could spend time with him after work instead. My workouts have been pretty solid now I just need to figure out what to do with the time at the end of the day.
I also want to focus more on being positive. I have been feeling a little sad and homesick for the past few days and I do not want these sad feelings to rob me of the joy I could be experiencing right now.
Today’s Workout is: ABS!!!
