It is hard to believe that July is coming to a close! Where has the time gone? I am proud to say that I have exercised every single day in July. Even on those days when I did not feel like it. It feels so good to be consistent and make my health a priority!

Right now I am trying to decide on what kind of workout I want to focus on for the month of August (my birthday month!!!) For July I have been starting my day with Buti yoga then following the Blogilates Calendar for a daily workout in the evening. I like the results I am getting from these workouts, but part of me wonders if I should be working harder.
Should I invest in a gym membership? Just the thought of going to a gym sounds slightly terrifying and very intimidating. Why do I go through this every time? Every time I enter a gym I feel like a total beginner.
