Workout and Word of the Day: #36

Hello Everybody!

It is August now, somehow…  I am proud of the fact that I practiced pilates every single day in July and Buti Yoga on most days.  Although I have to admit that my motivation started fizzling towards the end of the month.  My motivation to practice pilates grew, but the yoga motivation went down.  I think it is mainly because I am still figuring out a schedule that works well for me.

Today’s Workout is: Ab Day!!!

Quick & Crazy Cardio: Remember to warm-up.

Waist Train Workout:  These exercises were challenging, but felt so good!

The toughest muffintop workout ever!!!

I want Perfect 10 Abs!

  1. Well done for doing Pilates every day 😀 I love pialtes!!

    August is going to be upper body month for me…mainly because I have a broken leg…

    So one of my challenges is to do on upper body/arm workout every day!

    I have been looking for a 30 day challenge type thing but they all involve legs somehow in press ups or something similar so I may have to write my own!
