It is August now, somehow… I am proud of the fact that I practiced pilates every single day in July and Buti Yoga on most days. Although I have to admit that my motivation started fizzling towards the end of the month. My motivation to practice pilates grew, but the yoga motivation went down. I think it is mainly because I am still figuring out a schedule that works well for me.
