My 2nd day at the gym was better than the first especially since I did not get knocked over this time 🙂 This week I have decided to lift weight for 4 days then make Fridays my “free day” where I get to do a workout that is not pre-planned.
Workout of the Day: Back & Biceps
- 4 x 10 Single-Arm Dumbbell Row (on all 4’s)
Super set: 3 x 10
- Military Press
- Cross-body Single- arm Wide Row
Super set: 3 x 10
- Dumbbell Reverse Fly
- Rotating Bent Over Row
Burn Out: 2 x 30
- 10 Outward Bicep Curls
- 10 Forward Bicep Curls
- 10 Hammer Bicep Curls

Thanks for joining me for another workout and word of the day. I am so happy that I have finally reached a point in my life where working out is a hobby and a lifestyle for me. There are some days when I feel super anxious and want to talk myself out of actually going in to the gym, but I am always glad when I do. Hopefully with time I will feel a little more comfortable and confident in the gym!
