Be-YOU-tifully YOU Project: #36

Sip Sip

I better write this out before the week completely escapes me.  It does that sometimes…  Luckily, I have some chill jams playing in the background and a good glass of wine.  Good stories too that I am eager to share with you.

Last week we drove 5.5 hours to look at a house we were interested in buying.  It was a beautifully charming town and it was nice to get away and clear our minds.  I am so thankful that one of my dear friends was able to check on our cats (that is a constant concern.)  We ended up falling in love with the house so we drew up an offer right then and there.

Guess what?!?!  The seller accepted our offer and soon we will own our 2nd home outright.  I love the sound of living without rent or a mortgage!

Things have been rapidly moving since then.  I decided that I am going to take a full program on campus.  I found a program that looks intriguing and it is better for me to just earn those credits sooner than later.  I found a great place to stay while I am in school and am getting ready to move and start the quarter at school.  The next day I also gave notice at my current job, but I will probably continue advertising and solving technical issues for them if the need me.

I am happy that this all took place right before fall started because fall is the season of change.  We are moving into our new house and then I am going to school and I will be back in time for Christmas.

I have a few concerns like the fact that I want to keep going strong with my weight-loss journey.  I absolutely love my current gym and the fact that they don’t bother me or try to sell me personal training.  I want to make sure that I continue working out even when I am busy with school.

I am working my last week at my current job and then my new life will begin!  I am looking forward to the adventures!

  • Create a Bucket-list (my year truly begins in September.)  I still need to do this.  Stay tuned!
  • Make Time.  I am making  time for what is important like working out and work.
  • Forget about the results.
  • Live Passionately.  It is honestly challenging to be passionate when you are stressed, but I shall try.
  • Master a new technology. I am learning how to program in C#
Here is my weekly Be-YOU-tifully YOU pic!

I am so glad that I broke the silence with this post.  I know, I have been very MIA lately.  I think I have been slightly overwhelmed with all the life changes that are taking place even though they are all beautiful changes.  I know that I always feel so good after I post here.

What have you been up to lately?  Please comment below to tell me about your life.

Be Real.  Be True.  Be-YOU-tifully YOU.
