Workout and Word of the Day #1

Hello My Dear Darling Friends!

I am back at it again!  Last year (2018) I did a total of 39 “Workout and Word of the Day” posts.  That is hardly any for an entire year.  Luckily, I was still able to lose some weight and make progress!

I feel ready to get back on track with my workouts!  I finally did a body-weight workout and I feel great!

Workout of the Day: Total Body Workout!

*Complete this circuit twice!

  • 35 Squats
  • 30 sec. Plank
  • 20 Crunches
  • 25 Jumping Jacks
  • 15 Lunges
  • 60 sec. wall sit
  • 55 Sit ups
  • 35 Butt Kicks
  • 20 Push-ups

Word of the Day:

synergy– noun

  1. The interaction or cooperation of two or more organizations, substances, or other agents to produce a combined effect greater than the sum of their separate effects.
