I am back at it again! Last year (2018) I did a total of 39 “Workout and Word of the Day” posts. That is hardly any for an entire year. Luckily, I was still able to lose some weight and make progress!

I feel ready to get back on track with my workouts! I finally did a body-weight workout and I feel great!
Workout of the Day: Total Body Workout!
*Complete this circuit twice!
- 35 Squats
- 30 sec. Plank
- 20 Crunches
- 25 Jumping Jacks
- 15 Lunges
- 60 sec. wall sit
- 55 Sit ups
- 35 Butt Kicks
- 20 Push-ups
