Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I have been enjoying the holidays to the fullest. So much that I even had a glass of Merlot with my lunch, but it took away all of my motivation. Luckily, I decided to workout anyways!
Workout of the Day: Whole Body
*Complete this circuit twice!
- 25 Banded Squats
- 60 sec. Plank
- 30 Crunches
- 55 Jumping jacks
- 30 Lunges (both sides)
- 40 Sit ups
- 55 Butt kicks
- 30 Push-ups

Even though I worked out I still managed to over indulge and I payed for it by feeling like absolute garbage. It is okay. Thankfully tomorrow is a new day with a chance to not drink alcohol or smoke weed 😉

I am a 24/7 caregiver to my husband, so going to the gym every day is my time. He comes with me, and stays in the social area drinking coffee. Punching that bag is better than pills for me.
