Happy Friday My Dear Darling Friends!
Last night I stayed up late and watched an entire season of the show “Silicon Valley.” It was great 🙂 This morning for the first time in forever I was excited about getting out of bed.
Yesterday I finally started working on my morning routine which now consists of drinking water, brewing a cup of green tea (it is day 2 of no coffee!), writing morning pages, writing down my workout, then heading to the gym. And get this, I looked forward to my workout today!
Today’s Workout: Total Body Dumbbell + 26 minutes on the treadmill with 5 hiit intervals!
*Complete each exercise 2 x 20 times
- Butt Lift
- Inner Thigh Lifts
- Squat Curl
- Incline Fly
- Overhead Tri
- Ball Crunch
- Side Raise
- Crossover Crunch
