Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
Today was my 3rd workout in a row and I can feel a huge difference mentally, physically, and emotionally. I feel more alert, creative, energetic, and grounded.
Workout of the Day: Total Body + 30 min. incline treadmill
*Complete each exercise 2 x 20 times.
- Leg Curl
- Ball Curl
- Corkscrew (I am going to have to practice these to become proficient)
- Leg Lift
Word of the Day:
- Tremendous in size, volume, or degree: gigantic, colossal
I am starting to see that I thrive when I stick with a routine. Also, giving up coffee has been a positive change for me. I still have energy and it is more of a calm energy. I have also noticed that my teeth are a lot whiter and the stains are starting to disappear.
