Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I felt a lot better today than yesterday and I think my workout outfit made all the difference. Yesterday I wore a top that I know is not flattering (quite the opposite) and it got me down. When I saw the pic I felt like I had gained weight and was not making much progress even though I have been consistently working hard.
I have noticed that if I have a rough start to my week, Wednesday is usually the day that I can turn it all around. Sometimes all it takes is wearing an outfit that makes you feel like a badass. That is what I did today and it helped!
Workout of the Day: Mid-week Leg Day + Hiit!
- Bodyweight Single-leg Glute Bridge 3 x 20
- Bodyweight Walking Lunge 3 x 20
- Reverse Hyper 3 x 20
- Side Lying Abduction 1 x 30 both sides.
*45 seconds on 15 seconds rest between every set!
- Butt kicks
- Jump Squats
- Mountain Climbers
- Side Lunges
- Jumping Lunges
*Complete this circuit twice!

This is a nice long word and I like the way it rolls off the tongue. I wonder, is a reasoned train of thought different from a logical train of thought? What are your thoughts? Comment below!
Thanks for joining me on this journey! Last night was rough because I would not stop rattling off insults and discouraging words to myself after seeing that post workout pic. It is the sad truth and I am trying to improve the way that I treat myself.
