Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
Happy Valentine’s Day! I was a little out of it today and I think it was because I lightly sprained my wrist yesterday. It must have been from the hours I spent coding / gaming or maybe I went a little too hard on the clapping push-ups the other day. One thing’s for sure; an injury sure is humbling.
I am proud of the fact that I still did my workout. I look forward to workouts now which is a wonderful change. I made it a point to listen to my body and pay attention to the types of movements that I could do without causing added pain.
Workout of the Day: Push Day
- Dips 5 x 5
- Dumbbell Chest Press 5 x 5
- Military Press 5 x 5
- Lateral Side Raises to Front Raise 5 x 5
- Swiss Ball Tricep Extension 5 x 5

Today has been a day that has pulled on my heartstrings. It is Valentine’s Day and a lovely one it has been, but I think I could sense that something somewhere was wrong. I found out about an hour ago that my Dad is in the emergency room and will have to have his heart surgery tomorrow. This is a bit of a shock because his triple bypass was scheduled for February 28th. This makes me think that he must be in bad condition. Please keep my dad in your thoughts and prayers.
This is giving me even more motivation to continue my weightloss journey and to get healthy. Have a good night and I will see you tomorrow!
