Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
This morning I felt so unmotivated and I have been craving sweets like crazy. It feels like a double whammy. I think this is how I must have coped with sadness in the past.
I was so unmotivated that I almost took pre-workout to add some pep in my step, but I already take it on Tuesdays and Thursdays and sometimes Fridays to get me through my upper body workouts and I do not want to overdo it. I settled for some green tea instead. I am still moving so slowly, but I managed to make my way to the gym. It was nice that I was the only one there the entire time.
Today’s Workout is: Leg Day + Core
- Dumbbell Hip Thrust (nonstop) 3 x 20
- DB Deficit Bulgarian Split Squat 3 x 12
- DB Deadlifts 3 x 10
- Leg Press 4 x 50
Medicine Ball Core Circuit: 2 times!
- 10 in-n-outs
- 10 toe touches
- 10 leg lifts
- 20 russian twists

In fact, you might say grandiloquent itself is a grandiloquent word.
It has been a productive day despite my sadness… I got my workout in earlier and took my cat Carl in for his 2nd rabies shot. I am working on the long checklist to hopefully fly both of my cats to Hawaii. Tomorrow they are getting microchipped and the blood panel. Wish us luck!
That vet appointment is at 8:30 in the morning so I will either workout super early or workout after the vet appointment.
We spent part of the weekend automating my day job and this has made my job a lot easier, but there is a bit of a learning curve for me to get used to. I had kind of a quick and unhealthy lunch and have been craving cookies and milk ever since.
