Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I know that this morning I officially declared that I am taking 2 weeks off from working out, but it has only been one whole week. Also, today I noticed that my right knee was hurting and I decided that it was probably as a result of being more sedentary. I also noticed that I have been dragging and lacking energy. These are direct signs that it is time to get active again!
I went for a beautiful 1.5 mile walk through the rain and enjoyed the fresh ocean air.
Once I got home I felt inspired to start moving again and I gave myself permission to start small.
Body weight Standing Pilates for Flat Abs:
I really enjoyed this workout and how it gave me a chance to work on my mind/body connection. It was bodyweight only, but still challenged me especially once she incorporated some balance exercises. Give it a try!
Knee Pain Exercises:
Whenever I experience physical pain I like to actively address it with stretches and exercises. I feel so lucky to have such amazing free resources available at my fingertips.
