Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
It sure feels good to be back into a workout routine. My mind and body appreciated the rest, but I definitely missed being active. Traveling and not having easy access to a gym has helped me to appreciate different forms of movement. I am also learning to appreciate home workouts again. It is funny how that works…
There was a time when I absolutely dreaded going to the gym and even when I had a gym membership I would not make it in due to my gym phobia. Then in January I started working out consistently because the dues at my townhouse included a gym. I fell in love with it and no longer wanted to do home workouts. And now things have come full circle. I am enjoying walks and home workouts!
This morning I joined my friend Diana and her dogs Ruby, Chewy, and Ulla for a walk in the woods. It was wonderful!
Energy Boosting Warm-up: 5 minutes
I really enjoy Fitness Blender workouts because they are easy to follow and full of variety. This is such a nice full-body warm-up.

This was a fun workout full of variety that helped me to focus on isolating the booty!
10 Minute Full-Body Flow for Stress and Tension Relief:
I really loved these standing stretches. They were fairly simple, but felt so good.

I wonder if limerence is more prevalent now that it is so easy to follow and digitally “stalk” people…
